To that end, we ask that our clients adhere to the following Salon Etiquette and Policies, so that everyone can enjoy a pleasant experience.
Appointments
Punctual arrival for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and our other guests are not inconvenienced by delays. Please arrive 5-10 minutes in advance of your appointment to allow time for you to change into a robe or drape. We also kindly request that all cell phones be placed on vibrate during your visit with us.
Children
Please remember that a salon can be a dangerous place for unattended children. In light of this, we must request that children not accompany you during your visit to Aquilano Salon unless they have an appointment.
Cancellations
To ensure the best possible service to all of our patrons, missed appointments and cancellations made less than 24-hours in advance will be subject to a 50% service charge. A $30 fee will be added to NSF checks. Excessive NSF checks will result in termination of check writing privileges.
